Orders are packed with care and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We offer flat-rate shipping across New Zealand:

• Standard shipping (urban & rural): NZD $12.00

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

📍 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes:

• Urban: 2–4 business days
• Rural: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and public holidays.

❗Lost or Damaged Parcels

We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels after they’ve been handed over to the courier. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll do our best to help.
