- Free shipping on orders over NZD $200.00
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

❗Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once your parcel has been been handed over to the courier, Dalu Recycle Boutique is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the parcel and its contents. We’ll do our best to assist you.
